1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as an affiliate with Melbet Affiliates (the "Program"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not register.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to promote gambling services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations applicable to your promotional activities.

3. Commission & Payments

The Program pays a commission based on net revenue generated by users you refer. The specific commission rate is displayed in your dashboard and may be adjusted by the Program at any time with prior notice.

Payouts are processed on request, typically within 7 business days. Payments are made via crypto, bank transfer or PayPal as selected by you.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use spam, misleading advertising, incentivized traffic, cookie-stuffing, or any fraudulent method to generate referrals. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

5. Account Termination

The Program may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason at its sole discretion.

6. Changes to Terms

The Program may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
